## 13. Referral Program Terms (Cash Incentive)
13.1 Program Eligibility. The Referral Program is available only to individuals who have previously completed a vehicle purchase or lease transaction through Ultimate Auto Lease (“UAL”). Individuals who have not completed a qualifying transaction with UAL are not eligible to participate, regardless of referral activity.
13.2 Program Overview. UAL may offer a cash referral incentive program (“Referral Program”) from time to time. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules, instructions, or disclosures provided on UAL websites, forms, confirmation pages, SMS messages, or emails (collectively, “Referral Program Rules”). In the event of any conflict, UAL’s records and determinations control.
13.3 Enrollment & Agreement. By submitting any referral, claim, or enrollment form related to the Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Referral Program Rules and these Terms & Conditions. You further authorize UAL to contact you by phone call, SMS, and email for purposes including, but not limited to, verification, qualification, program administration, and payment status.
13.4 Referral Window. The Referral Program operates on a thirty (30) day qualification window (“Referral Window”). The Referral Window begins at the time UAL records your enrollment submission in its systems and ends exactly thirty (30) days later. Referrals submitted, attributed, or completed outside the Referral Window do not qualify unless UAL explicitly confirms otherwise in writing.
13.5 Qualification Requirements (No Partial Payouts). To qualify for the $500 cash referral reward (“Reward”), all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
(a) Two (2) separate referred buyers must successfully complete qualifying vehicle transactions within your Referral Window;
(b) You must complete the promotional action requirement described in Section 13.6;
(c) Each referral must be properly verified and attributed to you in accordance with Section 13.7.
Failure to meet any requirement results in no Reward. No partial payouts are issued.
13.6 Promotional Action Requirement. In addition to referral requirements, you must complete one (1) of the following promotional actions:
(a) Publicly post a video discussing your vehicle purchase or lease completed through UAL; OR
(b) Collaborate on, repost, or publish a UAL delivery post if UAL records and provides such content.
UAL may require proof of completion, including links, screenshots, or collaboration confirmation. Failure to complete a promotional action disqualifies the Reward, even if referral transaction requirements are met.
13.7 Attribution & Verification. All referrals must be verifiable and attributable to you. UAL may require the referred buyer to provide your name and contact information and may rely solely on its internal records to determine attribution. Referrals that cannot be reliably attributed, are disputed, duplicated, recycled, or previously known to UAL do not qualify. UAL’s verification determination is final.
13.8 Qualifying Transaction Definition. A “qualifying transaction” is a vehicle transaction recognized as completed in UAL’s records, which may include final approval, contracting, delivery, and/or funding as determined by UAL. Transactions that are canceled, unwound, returned, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise not fully completed do not qualify.
13.9 Disqualifications & Misconduct. UAL reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who, in UAL’s sole discretion, engages in conduct that is abusive, deceptive, manipulative, threatening, fraudulent, harassing, or intended to exploit or undermine the Referral Program, UAL staff, customers, partners, or systems. This includes, without limitation, attempts to pressure, intimidate, misrepresent facts, or interfere with normal business operations.
13.10 Reward Amount, Structure, and Payment Timing. The total Reward amount is $500 USD, issued in two (2) separate payments at times determined solely by UAL. No payment is guaranteed until all requirements are fully verified. UAL determines payment method, timing, and processing, and may delay or withhold payment for verification, compliance, fraud prevention, transaction finalization, or administrative reasons.
13.11 Program Modification, Suspension, or Termination. UAL may modify, suspend, deny participation in, or terminate the Referral Program or any individual’s participation at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason, including after enrollment but prior to payment. Participation in the Referral Program does not create any vested right to compensation.
13.12 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or reporting obligations arising from any Reward received.
13.13 Sole Discretion & Final Authority. All determinations regarding eligibility, attribution, qualification, conduct, compliance, and payout decisions are made by UAL in its sole and absolute discretion. UAL’s decisions are final and binding, and no appeals process is guaranteed.
